Default Heavy pressure GvG

http://gwshack.us/244ae
running currently between 300 and 400 rank, spikes are called on key targets by the r/d but the main point is to pressure out opponents. Although the build is 7v7 (double running to 8v7 in some cases) oriented, it contains a good amount of movement control in the form of the water ele and crippling anthem paragon. Changed the backline to RC because of the number of iways and dual thumps we were facing, glimmer and ZB both seem rather futile and i've never really liked blessed light.

comments/suggestions/improvements/questions welcome
flames/non-constuctive criticism would be more appreciated if they did not occur.

Not sure i like the Trainted guy, wouldn't another SF guy do the job better? That way you can put Aeigis on him and have the other one carry a Glyph of Sac Res chant. Instant hard res is ALWAYS nice.

Another option would be one of the new cripshot Rangers to spread poison, (and bleeding (screaming shot)). ALso gives some options for dual running the flag which is always nice...

i was gonna say ZB would heal pressure better but with all hexes and conditions being removed what pressure?

Only other thing is are you sure Infuse is best placed on the monk?

Interesting build you have there. I was building a new build for my guild and made something VERY similar With all the 2xWarrior, 2xMesmer, 2xMonk, 1xPara, 1xRunner builds we faced, we decided to drop the Searing Flames Ele because he got Diversioned half the time. In its place we added a E-Denail Mesmer. We also added some skills (well a skill actually) to shut-up the opposing Paragons.

Sometimes we tend to have a bit of a problem against split builds, especially if there is 2 gankers.

I would suggest adding another SF ele instead of the necro.
The simple fact your paragon is using "They're on Fire!" only makes it logical to bring more than just 1 character that can effectively cause people to be on fire/burn.

Also, why not bring Blazing Finale? Whenever a shout or chant ends on target ally, foes near/around/close to that ally will be caught on fire. Good to put on the monks who are being hounded by warriors.
